I was in a caffeine crunch and needed some coffee. Well, I remembered that there was a new Biggby on Ford Road, so I decided to try it out!!! It was raining and cold, brrrrr, one of those mornings that you wish you could've stayed nice and warm under your covers - or whereever you were sleeping at!!!! I remember that when I was in San Francisco I tried the Pumpkin Latte and loved, loved, loved it. So, I go into Biggby and almost trip over the mat - it was propped up against the door - hmmmmmm! Oh well, as I stumble in I see two areas - one for ordering and one for pick-up! Luckily I was familiar with this since my trip from San Francisco!!! So, I go up to the order counter and say I will have a medium pumpkin latte with fat-free milk! I pay for it - a little pricey, but I know the quality is going to be out of this world! So, I am standing in the line to pick up my pumpkin latte from the barrista and in comes a patron and stumbles in the same way I did! So, I say gee someone is going to trip over that. So, I go into action and straighten the floor rug mat so it is not propped up against the door! Now remember -- it is raining outside. So, in comes a patron and slips on the 2 inches of marble or granite floor - it's slippery. Me, I just shut up and look away. While I am waiting for my skim-milk pumpkin latte the barrista yells out you don't want whipped cream on your latte do you? I look at him and say of course I do!!!!! I saved all the fat from the skim-milk for the whipped cream portion. How dare he even think I don't want that yummy whipped cream! So, I take my skim-milk pumpkin latte with whipped cream and head to my car. I sit down, buckle my seat belt, and pick up that beautiful Biggby cup and put it to my lips and sip on that sweet caffeine pumpkin latte and I think, life is good!

Very rude customer service. I went in to ask for a coffee special they had posted on their sign and the worker did not honor it until I told her about the sign. She said "you must mention the sign..I can't just give it away. " Is that really necessary?? I think not since its on A HUGE SIGN design to attract customers. Please reevaluate your employees and train them on proper customer service. I will not be coming back. There are a lot of Biggbys around here

I don't know what it is about Biggby franchise owners, but they all seem nice, and they seem to have the ability to hire personable, friendly, kind employees. I've been to this location a number of times now, and the owner recognized me on my second visit. He is kind, patient, and helpful with my two kids in helping then decide which drink they want on any given day. He introduced us to the chai latte with a cinnamon spice tea bag in it. It's a new favorite for all of us. My kids also like the cookies and cream, and strawberry banana creme freezes. I enjoy frequenting a place with great customer service, and will return here often.

Stopped by to check out this newest local location this morning. Found the staff friendly, sharp and get the orders just right. Met the owner and chatted for a minute. He seemed real nice. The music was a touch loud and they had a great tv but you could not hear it. Maybe use closed captioning to make it useful. Good parking, clean, should be a regular here.

Never been into a Biggby until today. I've seen them around yet I never hear people talking about them nor have I ever been to one. Decent selection of coffee drinks. Iced. Frozen. Hot. Pretty much for all the choices. Clean place. Employees were super nice. I was surprised by their pricing. Ordered 2 drinks in their smallest size (16oz). One frozen mocha and 1 hot vanilla latte. Our total was just under $10. About $9.90. I thought that was a bit steep. I thought Starbucks was expensive. I could see why most people don't go here. I have no reason to go back. The location isn't the best either. Cramped parking lot with an awkward turn going in and going out.
